Rachael is an educator with a heart for helping others and a vision for change. After witnessing firsthand the challenges teachers face—limited resources, overwhelming demands, and a lack of support—she knew something had to be done. Driven by her passion for education and community, she founded Roots of Intention to bridge the gap and provide educators with the tools, funding, and encouragement they deserve. With a deep commitment to empowering teachers and enriching classrooms, Rachael is on a mission to make a difference—one educator at a time.
